This exercise works your shoulders.

Arm Circle Benefits:

– Toned shoulder muscles

– Improved functional ability with everyday tasks (for example: lifting a box onto a shelf)

– Improves muscular imbalance which helps prevent injuries


Try doing 30 seconds clockwise and 30 seconds counter clockwise.
