Blueberry Recipes:

Blueberries are a great way to start your day.  Put them in a smoothie or eat them plain.  The possibilities are endless.

Blueberry Banana Smoothie


– a handful of blueberries

– 1 banana

– 2 cups of skim milk

– 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt


Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend.  You may need to add more milk if you like shakes thinner or add more of one of the other ingredients to make it thicker.  There you go! Now you have a fast, easy, and healthy breakfast.

Blueberry Parfait


– 10 or so blueberries

– 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt

– 2 tablespoons of granola


Scoop a cup of the yogurt and sprinkle with blueberries and granola.  Enjoy as a mid-day snack.

Blueberry Walnut Salad


– 1 10 oz package of mixed salad greens

– 1 pint of blueberries

– 1/4 cup of walnuts

– 1/2 cup raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing

– 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese


Dump all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.  Boom! You have lunch.  

Add some chopped and grilled chicken to get some more protein.
