Chair Pose Benefits:

– Improves your spinal flexibility

– Aids digestion

– Improves blood flow to vital organs

Challenge:

If you have a bad back or occasionally feel uncomfortable in your back, make this a part of your morning routine.  Do that for a month and see how you feel.  Let us know how it goes.
