Hip Thrusts

This exercise works your glutes, abs, quads, and hamstrings.

Hip Thrust Benefits:

– Helps alleviate lower back pain

– Improves your posture

– Strengthens your core

– Improves athletic performance

– Helps open the shoulders and chest which lead to many benefits like: space created for lungs allowing you to breathe better and chest is stretched out which connects you closer to your sense of well-being

Challenge:

Complete 12 hip thrusts.  (You don’t have to go fast.  Just do it!)
