This exercise is a full body exercise that works your back, arms, chest, legs, abs, and hips.

 

Mountain Climber Benefits:

- Builds total body strength

- Strengthens your abs

- Increases your cardiovascular health

- Great way to burn calories

- Builds a strong core

- Exercise multiple muscles

 

Challenge:

Complete an one minute round of mountain climbers.  (You don't have to go fast.  Just keep moving.)
