This exercise works abs and thighs.

 

Tree Pose (aka Vrksasana) Benefits:

- Tones abdominal muscles

- Builds strength in the ankles and calves

- Helps remedy flat feet

- Stretches the thighs, groin, torso, and shoulders

 

Challenge:

Hold the tree pose for 15 seconds.
