Muscles worked:

This exercise mainly works your thighs but also stretches your shoulders, arms, and neck.

 

Warrior Benefits:

  • - Stretches the chest and lungs, shoulders and neck, belly, and groin
  • - Strengthens the shoulders and arms and back muscles
  • -Strengthens and stretches the thighs, calves, and ankles

 

Challenge:

Do the warrior pose every morning for a week.  Let's get it!
