You really want to focus on the quality of your plank over how long you can hold it.  Don’t sacrifice quality for a longer time.  

Muscles worked:

This exercise focuses mostly on your abs and your lower back.

Plank Benefits:

– Toned belly

– Reduces back pain

– Improves flexibility

– Helps improve your mood by stretching your relax muscles that often become stiff from sitting a long period of time while driving

– Improve your balance and posture

Take the Plank Test:

– If you can hold a plank (with good quality) for at least 2 minutes, it is a good sign that you are a fit individual.  Can you pass?  If not, now you have a goal.  Let’s get it!
