Make sure to do some shoulder stretches and warm up your rotator cuffs with some arm circles. You can find some stretches and warm-ups here.

This exercise focuses on your shoulders but more specifically your deltoid muscles in your shoulders.

– Toned shoulder muscles
– Improed functional ability with everyday tasks (for example: lifting a box onto a shelf)
– Improves muscular imbalance which helps prevent injuries
