This exercise works your glutes and thighs.

Side Leg Raises Benefits:

  • – As a resistance exercise, it gives those worked muscles a more defined appearance
  • – Helps with everyday movements and other exercises

Challenge:

10 leg lifts per leg.  Starting with a small range of motion and increasing it every repetition.  Let’s get it!
