How to Cook/Use Spaghetti Squash
Fall is here and winter is close so we thought we should bring out some of the great fall/winter foods. Spaghetti squash is not only nutritious but is also great for those needing a replacement for high carb foods like pasta. Check out some recipes below:
Baked Spaghetti Squash
Ingredients
– 1 spaghetti squash
– Little bit of olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
– Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F
– Lightly coat baking sheet with olive oil
– Cut squash in half length wise and scrape out the seeds
– Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper
– Place squash face down onto baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes
– Scrape the inside of the squash with a fork to create long strands that look like spaghetti

Spaghetti Squash & Meatballs
Ingredients
– 1 spaghetti squash
– Little bit of olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 serving of meatballs (turkey is the healthier option)
– 1 cup of pasta sauce
