Tree Pose

Muscles worked:

This exercise works abs and thighs.

Tree Pose (aka Vrksasana) Benefits:

– Tones abdominal muscles

– Builds strength in the ankles and calves

– Helps remedy flat feet

– Stretches the thighs, groin, torso, and shoulders

Challenge:

Hold the tree pose for 15 seconds.
