This exercise mainly works your thighs but also stretches your shoulders, arms, and neck.

Warrior Benefits:

  • – Stretches the chest and lungs, shoulders and neck, belly, and groin
  • – Strengthens the shoulders and arms and back muscles
  • -Strengthens and stretches the thighs, calves, and ankles
